We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we shipped an incorrect product or a defective product.
Packaging Requirements
Because many products are made of glass, returns must be packaged securely. Items damaged due to poor packaging may incur a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds
- Unused items: Full refund.
- Partially used items (less than 25% burned or one wax melt puck): Refund minus 20% restocking fee.

Heavily used items: Not eligible for return.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 additional business days to appear. Gift card purchases are refunded as store credit.
Exchanges
- Store credit exchanges include a 10% Bonus Credit.
- Same usage rules apply as refunds (no returns for items burned more than 25%).
Product Defects
Covered for 1 year from purchase. Issues such as wax sinkholes, tunneling, or wicks that won’t stay lit are eligible for replacement or store credit.
Conditions:
- First burn must last 2–3 hours to allow wax to reach the jar edge.
- Replacements for tunneling are only issued after 75% of the candle has been burned.
- Up to ½" of wax left at the bottom is normal and not a defect.
To file a claim, email customer support with photos or video and order number.
Order Issues
- Missing/incorrect items: Report within 48 hours with photos.
- Damaged items: Report within 48 hours with photos of product and packaging.
- Lost/stolen orders: If marked delivered but not received, wait 3 business days before contacting support.
Fraud & Cancellations
Orders flagged as fraudulent may be cancelled with full refund. Refunds for undeliverable or “Return to Sender” packages exclude shipping fees.
